Diki Records was the 'odd' label of the Belgium scene. Like R and Music Man, Diki had steady releases since the first days of global electronic culture. The Age Of Love / Age Of Love was released in 1990 and could be one of the first trance records to become an underground hit. While Bazz & Dr. Phibes were hard techno from the Nu-Beat scene, most of the early Diki releases were very 303 driven hard-acid tracks. A few really good moments deep within this label. The 1993 production by Joey Beltram (X-Buzz) was something not many know about, and Diki scored with Hope "Tree Frog" as the label faded into obscurity.
