You have selected to sell this item on Discogs. By confirming this sale, you agree to the following points:

a) By pressing the "List Item For Sale" button, you are confirming that you have this item in your possession, it is the same item as on the release page, and it is available for sale. You have an obligation to sell this item for your advertised price (requiring a minimum order value is not permitted). You are NOT expressing a casual interest in selling the item, nor are you making an invitation for offers for the item. Sellers who delay shipping or renege on their commitment to sell the item will be blocked from using the Discogs Marketplace.

b) You will keep an open dialog with the buyer regarding any problems that arise. You will use feedback as a final indication of your satisfaction, not as immediate retribution for an unresolved problem. Sellers leaving unnecessary or retaliatory feedback will be blocked from using the Discogs Marketplace.

c) It is prohibited to ask a buyer to email you, visit a website (this includes links to external retail sites on any Marketplace page), or in any other way circumvent the Discogs selling system. Sellers found to be encouraging this will be suspended from selling until their seller settings are updated.

d) By pressing the "List Item For Sale" button, you are agreeing to this transaction will be a private sale between yourself and the buyer. You hold Discogs immune to any claim of damages, loss, or inconvenience howsoever caused.

e) Discogs is not responsible for, and will not mediate, any order disputes. You will be selling directly to Discogs users, NOT via Discogs.

f) Discogs reserve the right to block a user for poor conduct in using the Discogs Marketplace. Discogs also reserves the right to cancel a users account and / or block a user from using any of Discogs services if the user appears to be abusing the system maliciously.
