The best thing you can do now, they have brought out a little box which you plug your record deck into and then that connects into a PC this was told and shown to me when I was buying a new cartridge for the Numarx (When I got mine only two were available Numarx & Ion but it turns out they are the same both costed £120)

Jerry Green - First Time On The Dancefloor is a great E-Funk track with some vocoders in it. Borders to Funk Soul/ Disco...I guess it won't be a great track for the hardcore Hip Hop fans though... Co Dee Mi Cee (Rhythm Of The Beat)is a nice Hip Hop track with alot of cool bass. Nice scratching...The other 2 tracks are also with alot of bass, and basicly in the same style. Easy G & Blind was one of those ultimate Electro Rap tracks to have..always too damn expensive and finally gave in (and paid too much) Still...its a great electro rap track worth every penny to me. Half Man Half Machine EP is the lesser known record on the Touchdown Records label. Sir-Muzic and The Dance Attraction is now wellknown I think because its basicly Ronnie Perkins and The Egyptian Lover. On the Half Man Half Machine EP the track to hear is Machine Club Mix...GREAT electro..perfect for me!!! Ne Plus Ultra...obscure piece of electro rap....unknown to most of the guys, but really woth a listen. Great stuff. Shampell "C" great electro female rap, nice bass, good use of samples...Cool Kraftwerk use in this. Do I really need to comment on T La Rock It's Yours? I guess not..well known classic, needs to be in every old school collection. Found out that this copy was the promo with 4 different tracks, I know there is also a promo with just the 2 versions on side A and B..thats why I wanted this one. Vitamix, cool old school rap, basicly the only good 12 he made..Promo version, always interesting. diseone wrote:
Cheers for that Bokkie, I have to say I had only heard of three of those tracks:

Yep, it's top draw stuff Bokkeh...'Jubwa' is probably my favourite on there at the moment. Whilst this ep is not exactly in the same mould as Tha Swami, it does remind me of this record a lot in that it sounds quite 'homemade' or lo-fi for want of a better description...not too many around for sure. gresty wrote:

Magic Mike Theme Very happy with it, always was a fan of Rich Cason's work...maybe this is his best work...can't say fo sure to be honest, still love 2001 Boogie and Space Connection too. Also got me a second copy of DJ Battle Cat this time WITH the cool Picture cover! little bit underrated tune imo...its def. not the best on Techno Kut...but it deserves to be mentioned now and then. Some other finds were: Smokey Dee Maggozulu Too The Sonarphonics Bassface72 wrote:
